When Sarah first tried yoga she loved the way it made her feel happy. 25 years later it still does. Her daily practice helps her stay grounded and reminded that while you can never control what happens around you it is always possible to choose how to react.
After travelling in India and hanging out on a rooftop practising yoga daily with a Baba, Sarah came back to London in 2008, had a beautiful baby boy in 2009 and gave up her day job to train as a yoga teacher. Since qualifying as a vinyasa flow yoga teacher in 2011 she has undertaken further training to teach pregnancy, post natal and adults and children with disabilities. Her training has been with top yoga teachers such as David Swenson, Elena Brower and Jason Crandell.
Sarah’s classes reflect her own experience of a regular yoga practice, constantly learning and growing in knowledge by working with so many inspirational teachers and students. Yogic philosophy is woven throughout in a relevant way to how we live today. With an emphasis on sound postural alignment and ensuring that students are encouraged to explore their edge in a safe and nurturing way, the classes leave you feeling rejuvenated and whole.
