After years of training and working as a professional dancer Catarina decided to specialise in Pilates. Having experienced several exercise programmes she realised we often end up fighting against our body rather then respecting its individual process. She believes that a conscious approach to movement and one's body is fundamental to help and prevent most injuries. Exercising can definitely become more enjoyable as well!


Her approach to the technique results in a combination of the techniques she has practiced such as Feldenkrais, Body Mind Centering, Bartenieff and Yoga. She is currently training as a Qi Qong and Tai Chi Instructor.
