After being introduced to Yoga in her teens Hayley has now been practicing various styles of Yoga for eleven years and took her formal Yoga Alliance Teacher Training (RYT 200) in 2007. Hayley’s love of stories give inspiration to her sequences and taking influence from the heart orientated philosophy/alignment principles of Anusara and the dynamic nature of Astanga, you can be guaranteed a breath led class that is joyful, graceful and challenging.
Taking a keen interest in Ayurveda and nutrition she regularly attends seminars and lectures to further her knowledge.
Hayley teaches Vinyasa (movement with breath) Flow classes with a down to earth approach, laced with warmth and humour. Classes are of a grounding nature that regularly incorporate inversions and short periods of seated meditation. She believes that in attaining balance (emotionally, energetically & physically) we hold the key to peace and freedom.
