Qualifications to follow



Leticia Maza-Toledano trained at the European School of Osteopathy in Kent. She uses a holistic approach, employing structural, musculo-skeletal, visceral and/or cranial osteopathy techniques, depending on the patient’s requirements. She also gives advice about sleeping positions; diet; exercise; workstation ergonomics.


Leticia is a member of staff at the Osteopathic Centre for children in Central London. She has a high level of expertise working in the field of obstetrics, helping to alleviate the strains of pregnancy and newborn baby problems.


She trained as a pilates teacher in 2006 and this technique complements her advice on exercise. Using her Pilates technical advice, people can make a real impact on their core stability, this in turn improves their musculo-skeletal balance and alignment.


She treats babies, elderly, pregnant women and adults for all sorts of ailments, injuries and general body dysfunctions. Her aim is to help people cope with stress or trauma induced strains and illness and prevent them from recurring.
