Self Care Yamuna Body Rolling

This Self Care Yamuna Body Rolling workshop is an opportunity to gift yourself time for a deep delicious way of unwinding tension, stress, and discomforts within our bodies.

Using a small ball, you will learn:

  • Specific techniques to release each part of your body
  • To increase your vitality through deep myofascial release
  • To stimulate bones and improve bone quality
  • Neurological re-patterning so you can achieve a more beneficial structural alignment
  • To develop a strong, toned, pain-free and un-restricted body
  • Problem solving to help your body to self-heal
  • To decrease muscular or joint aches and pains giving your body
    a sense of freedom

Birth Preparation Workshop for Couples

This informative and fun workshop will give you the tools you need to prepare for your special birthing day. Sarah Rush and Jo Redmond, experienced teachers of antenatal classes, will empower you to feel confident in the lead up to labour.

During the workshop you will learn:

  • The signs and stages of labour
  • Specific breathing techniques
  • Massage and partner support
  • The hormones of birth and how to manage pain
